Blake's 5th Birthday

Happy 5th Birthday Blake!!  It is hard to believe that our little guy is a 5 year old now.  We had such a fun time celebrating his 5th b-day in Houston.
Blake is opening up his Raiden Fighter airplane from Pampa and Mimi.

Blake and Drew flying their airplanes, although Drew's is really a 4 wheeler that he got from Lo Lo and La La for his birthday that he turns in to a train, a truck, a car and now..a raiden fighter jet.
 Peek-A-Boo
Blake's skeleton sunglasses that came with his Sonic kid's meal and Mimi's flip flops really complete this 5 year old's look.
Blake picked to have his birthday dinner at the Rainforest Cafe

Drew was not about to turn his back on those tigers

 Hmmmmm....

Drew's turn with the skeleton glasses
Blake with his new remote control tank (it even climbed over baby ducky)
"Oh, I've been wanting this game!"
Drew and Mimi after the train ride while we were waiting for the big boys to come back from the game
Drew and I shortly before he started chasing the pigeons (or flying rats as my mom calls them)
This was Blake's birthday Sunday that they brought out when they sang happy birthday
Yes, Blake is opening  his present from us in our garage next to our recycle bin.  It was a huge collection of Rescue Heroes their control tower, airplane, car, etc.. and too big to take with us to Houston so we let him pick one to take with him in the car.

 Before the game
After the game....if you look closely you might see tears in Kyle's eyes

Tball and Cabellas

The boy's first trip to Cabella's.  Blake thought the man was falling off the horse.

Blake's team picture...look at that face!

Drew's 2nd Birthday

Drew loved getting to pull his presents out of the gift bags

 Meet Spike Jr. ROAR!!!

Drew's dream of owning his own helicopter finally came true, unfortunately mimi couldn't get it out of the box :)
Choo Choo!!  (No, Rudy did not lick the sides of this cake, I just did that bad of a job frosting it).

Blake enjoyed helping Drew test out his new toys.

Drew's favorite new phrase..."More choo choo cake!"

Drew was slightly scared of Spike at first but has grown confident enough to push the "on" button himself now.

Drew loves his early b-day present that he got from Lo Lo and La La
