Santa Came Early!

We were so excited to find a note from Santa in the fireplace saying Santa was coming early to our house.  He made a special delivery on Saturday night.  Here are some of the pictures from Sunday morning.  The boys were up at 5:40!

Toothless (from How to Train your Dragon)

Drew loved giving Rudy his toy.

These Happy Nappers will be great for our long trip!

Blake's first bastketball.  He is an expert dribbler according to him.  He's excited to start basketball in January.

Horses for Drew.

Blake is really in to music right now so we thought he'd have fun playing this guitar game.  So far the only person that has enjoyed it is Kyle.  Blake and I both threw fits the first time we played it.

Biggest hit was the trampoline.  It is small (but yes, too large for our living room).  We will move it but that will require us to take it apart and put it back together again.  So, it might stay in the living room afterall.

Kyle read the story of Jesus's birth to the boys to help remind them why we really celebrate Christmas.

Sweet Prayer from a Sweet Boy

Kyle heard Drew in his room the other night. This was his prayer, "I thank you for my horses, I love you for my Liwyn (Lion).....etc, etc..  How precious!

Here he is with his animals/toys....these were not in his bed when we put him to bed.

Thanksgiving/Angstrom Christmas

We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving with my parents, my granny and grandpa Angstrom and my sister and her family.  The time went way too fast!  The kids had so much fun playing together.
Here are just a few of the 300 pictures I took over the long weekend.  These aren't necessarily the best of the 300, but give a good representation of what we did.  As usual, these are not in any particular order so Christmas is first even though we really did celebrate Thanksgiving first.

Granny and GG with the three kids.  It was so special to get to have them celebrate Thanksgiving with us.

Present time

Generations of Christmas cookie decorators.

Drew ate his cookie before he could even decorate it.

I think Olivia enjoyed cookie decorating and eating.

Blake has gotten very good at cookie decorating.

Pampa is so excited that Blake can finally play Foosball with him.

Football in the park

They climbed to the highest mountain top (or rock in the park, although it was pretty tall).

Granny and Olivia snoozing.  So sweet!

Blake is teaching Olivia how to be a superhero.
The goats.....this is Drew's favorite part of Mimi and Pampa's neighborhood.

This picture just makes me smile.  I love it!
Blake is reading to Olivia and Mimi

Rudy says, "Please help me."  Actually, Drew LOVES Rudy and is very gentle with him.  Olivia has always loved Rudy too, but this time she was a little intimidated by him so she didn't get too close, yet she was also very intrigued by him.
Yum!  Kyle worked so hard smoking this Turkey for us.  It was delicious!
Drew was spinning around in the swing.  This was before he fell off of it:)
Fun times with Mimi and Pampa

Drew was going to teach Olivia how to walk on the wall.  Don't worry Pat, I held her hand when it was her turn.
