July Fun

We weren't allowed to have fireworks in Austin this year, but at least we could do sparklers. Too bad the boys were terrified of them.

This year's version of watching fireworks was actually kind of nice.  Cool temperatures and no bugs!

Visit with LoLo and LaLa

We had a great visit with Kyle's parents.  It was HOT, but we made the most of it.  Here are some of the highlights.  Not pictured is the pool, which we spent some time in.  Blake is a fish now and Drew is a monkey.  Blake loves swimming and Drew does something called monkey bars where he holds on to the side of the pool and moves himself from one end to the other.  He loves it!

Best idea EVER!!  Home Slice Pizza gives kids pizza dough to play it.  This meal was so enjoyable because the boys were entertained the WHOLE time.  The pizza was quite yummy too.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a fantastic memorial day weekend hanging out at my parents and getting to spend time with my sister Kirsten, her husband Pat and my adorable little niece Olivia.
